This folder contains correspondence (or copies thereof) which Eben Fine received between 1889 and 1957. The 1889 letter is a typescript of the notification he was sent on 22 Feb. 1889 that he had passed the examination of the Colorado Board of Pharmacy. Most of the letters date from the 1930s and 1950s, commending Fine for his travelogs which promoted tourism in Colorado. H. S. Andrew wrote in 1953, recounting his memories of Fine's discovery of the Arapaho glacier field.

Eben Fine, known by some as "Mr. Boulder," gave more than 5,000 speeches around the U.S., showing his slides of Colorado and promoting the region as a tourist's paradise.
